QR Code Wall Decals: Stick Your Codes Anywhere
QR code wall decals let you stick a code just about anywhere — directly on a wall, a window, a door, a table, you name it. You’ve probably scanned a few without thinking about it: on a restaurant table, a shop entrance, or a sign inside a business you visited recently.
They’re easy to make. Create your free code with the QR Code Bear generator, then have it printed as a decal. We’ve partnered with Zazzle so businesses can print theirs quickly — more info on Zazzle.

Ideas for using QR code wall decals
Asking for reviews
Every business should be asking happy customers for reviews — but typing a long URL is a pain, and most people won’t bother. A decal fixes that. Let customers scan and land exactly where they need to go. You can put up a decal for each review site — Google, Facebook, Yelp, TrustPilot — or point a single code at one page on your site that links to all of them. One scan, review left, done.
Menus
You’ve probably used this one already. A QR code sends people to your latest menu, so when something’s out of stock or the prices change, you update the page instead of reprinting menus. The decal on the table never has to change.
Office and meeting room info
Stick a decal near the conference room and coworkers can scan to check the room calendar — is it free right now, and can I grab it for the next meeting? Same idea works for shared equipment, visitor Wi-Fi, or a “who do I call for IT” page.
A few more places they work
- Storefront window — let people browse your site or book an appointment after hours
- Product displays — link to specs, sizing, or a how-to video
- Event check-in — point to a schedule, a map, or a sign-up form
- For-sale and real estate signs — full listing details from the curb
- Loyalty and mailing list — scan to join, no clipboard required
A few printing tips
- Keep good contrast. Dark code on a light background scans best. Fancy colors are fine, just don’t make the code and background too close in shade.
- Size for the distance. A code people scan from across a room needs to be bigger than one on a table.
- Test before you order. Scan the exact file you’re sending to print with a couple of different phones first.
